PAYMENT - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express at time of order.

ARTWORK PROOF
An electronic proof shall be supplied for customer approval prior to production. A paper proof will be provided ($15.00) upon request.
MANUFACTURER PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS AFTER RECEIPT OF WRITTEN PROOF APPROVAL, RECEIPT OF PAYMENT OR CREDIT APPROVAL AND ORDER CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN CREATED

FINAL APPROVAL
No changes will be allowed following customers final approval and sign-off for artwork and production. Customer accepts responsibility for end product as approved.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY - IMAGE PROVISIONS
Transfer of ownership for branded, imprinted and decorated products is immediate upon application. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Issues with original product quality (base product)is the responsibility of the manufacturer and will be subject to their individual Refund and Exchange Policy.

PRODUCT RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by Image Provision and in some cases, the manufacturer, and have an RA (Return Authorization)number. All claims must be received by Image Provisions within 30 days of receiving product. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable to return to the factory or Image Provisions.

LIABILITY CLAIMS
All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the delivery carrier.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Each manufacturer has specific charges for add on services and products. Depending on each customers specific needs and specifications including shipping charges. Additional charges may apply to your order.  Review your order confirmation carefully.

If a via is not specified, factory will use it's own judgment in selecting a carrier and method of shipping in order to meet your deadlines and for specific geographic areas. Manufacturer cannot guarantee method of shipment.
